The Hospital Broadcasting Association is managed and operated on an entirely voluntary basis, with no paid members of staff. The HBA trustees come from all walks of life and offer a range of skills to ensure the successful management of the Association for its members.
Chairman - Grant McNaughton
Grant is also a member of Radio Grapevine.
The Chairman manages the Trustee Board through regular meetings, day-to-day management and leads the strategic direction of the Association.
Grant also has responsibility for the Member Events Executive function which oversees the delivery of our annual National Conference & Hospital Radio Awards, which celebrates hospital broadcasting across the UK.
