Hospital Radio Stafford’s Ben Hodgson’s Marathon Fundraising Broadcast from 5pm 31 Dec to 5pm on 1 Jan was a huge success.
The marathon broadcast generated donations of £754 towards the annual running costs for the station.
Ben said That he thoroughly enjoyed it and managed to keep awake with plenty of snacks and sugary drinks!
A big thank you to everyone who supported this event and it paves the way for more events and celebrations as Hospital Radio Stafford approaches it’s 50th anniversary of broadcasting – 17 January 2022.
